Route issues to your team’s existing tools.

Slack

  1. Go to Dashboard → Project → Integrations
  2. Click “Connect” on Slack
  3. Enter your Slack webhook URL (create one at api.slack.com → Incoming Webhooks)
  4. Select which priority levels trigger notifications (default: P0, P1)
  5. Issues matching those priorities will post to your Slack channel

Jira

  1. Go to Dashboard → Project → Integrations
  2. Click “Connect” on Jira
  3. Enter your Jira site URL, API token, project key, and assignee email (optional)
  4. High-priority issues auto-create Jira tickets with full context

Linear

  1. Go to Dashboard → Project → Integrations
  2. Click “Connect” on Linear
  3. Enter your Linear API key and team ID
  4. Issues auto-create Linear issues in your team

Email Notifications

  1. Go to Dashboard → Project → Settings → Notifications
  2. Toggle “Email notifications” on
  3. Select which priorities trigger emails (P0–P4)
  4. The project owner receives emails when matching issues are detected
  5. Emails include: priority badge, AI summary, revenue impact, and a link to the issue

Configuring Priority Triggers

By default, only P0 and P1 issues trigger integrations and email notifications.

Customize this in Project Settings → Notifications. Each integration type (Slack/Jira/Linear vs. Email) can have different priority thresholds.
